MISSION

 

These guys are around us every day, their lives interwoven with ours. They also lead their own lives, making friends, alliances, teasing, playing, stealing food. There's a pecking order at the food dish and the dogs are generally intolerant of cats over stepping their boundaries. They make me laugh.

 

They are supplied with water, food, shelter, pest medicine, vet visits when necessary, petting, combing, exercise and work if they want it. In fact, even if they don't, their participation in their lives is grist for the humor mill, so these little drawings are aimed at capturing some of those moments and recording them for posterity.
